I'm spring cleaning my spice cabinet and making dry mixes. I multiplied this dry mix times 10 and now will have plenty of dressing on hand for those summer vegetables!
Dry Mix (1 serving)
1 tsp dried parsley flakes
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
Mix 1 Tbsp dry mix with 1 Tbsp minced garlic, 3/4 cup mayonnaise, 1/2 cup milk and 1/2 tsp vinegar in the blender. Chill for 30 minutes. Store in sealed container in fridge for up to one week.
Cost comparison (16 oz): Store bought $2.49
Homemade $.75

This sounds good! We all enjoyed the porcupine meatballs recently and I think Rachel made that oatmeal cake as well. Seems like there was something else....we always enjoy the recipes we try!
I needed this a couple weeks ago! I broke down and bought the big container from Sam's despite the fact that it's full of "stuff." Next time I'm using your recipe!
I was looking through your blog tonight and saw this recipe. Just wondering if mixing the dry mix with sour cream would make a good dip - have you tried it? What do you think?
